Sophie Reichert is an actress with a Master's degree in Consulting and Human-Centred Design (M.Sc.) who works as a systemic coach. She has extensive experience as a trainer and lecturer in the healthcare and social sectors, specializing in simulation-based learning, particularly in the area of working with simulated participants and communication skills. She designs roles for simulated participants for various learning occasions, trains simulated participants for teaching and examination purposes, and conducts simulations herself. Sophie Reichert assists in establishing and implementing the use of simulated participants tailored to specific needs. She is an expert in the field of feedback and regularly conducts courses on the subject. Sophie Reichert's main interest lies in the sustainable use of feedback strategies as a resource for professional and personal development.
Sophie Reichert lives in Berlin and is involved in supporting refugee women in the city. She has a passion for sports and good food.
Elvira Pippel, CHSE®
Elvira Pippel is a nurse and holds a Master´s degree in Nursing and Health Sciences. In recent years, Elvira Pippel has specialized in the didactics of simulation-based learning, particularly in the field of healthcare professions. Her expertise ranges from designing and establishing simulation laboratories to curriculum development and conducting OSCE exams (Objective structured clinical examinations) in simulated environments. Elvira Pippel's primary interest lies in the psychological safety of participants in simulated settings. She designs simulation scenarios, examination checklists, trains educators for work in simulated environments, and facilitates simulations. Elvira Pippel is actively involved in national and international committees on simulation-based learning, focusing particularly on professional development and interprofessional education.
Elvira Pippel lives with her family in Uppsala, Sweden, where she is learning Swedish and volunteers to combat loneliness among elderly individuals.
